"No major change from last experience. Trying to see the status at home: too many attempts can't access after 2 pwd trials?? Just wait for burglars to come in!!??? That's what I'm suppose to do? RUBBISH version !!!! What is the purpose of this app? History? It's 09h04, my wife left home at 8h25 and put the alarm on and the app gave me a notification. I had a call at 9h00 for intrusion. The event list just says alarm off at 7h16!!!"

"The login part is annoying don't even think using it without a password vault. Then anyone who knows my email address can temporary disabled my account, not cool. Login/password only ?? Anyone that has it can control my alarm, without me being noticed? It should have at least the possibility to see which device was using my login/password. Puting house security in user passwords hands.. I bet you will be bankrupt soon !"

"This application needs fingerprint support ot be of any use! Manualy typing email and password is tedious and not practical at all. Not to mention logins are constantly rejected anyway due to errors."

"I have Videofied WIP210 central panel and firmware version 7. This application requires version 8 or newer. Is there other application for version 7? Or can I update firmware on my central panel? Please let me know how to use mobile application with WIP210 v.7. thank you. Updated at 3 March, 2020. Producer of equipment does not care at all... No answers for 4 months... Nice service, guys"
